PUTU AYU

BAHAN-BAHAN:
– 220 gram tepung gandum
– 5 biji telur
– 250 gram gula
– 150 ml santan + 1 sudu teh pes pandan + sedikit pewarna hijau
– ½ sudu teh baking powder
– Sedikit kelapa parut+ secubit garam

 

CARA-CARANYA:
1) Pukul telur bersama gula hingga kembang, kemudian masukkan bahan-bahan lain kecuali kelapa parut. Kacau sebati.

2) Masukkan kelapa parut tadi kedalam acuan putu ayu, tekan supaya padat. Kemudian masukkan adunan yang telah dipukul sebati tadi.

3) Kukus selama 15-20 minit.
