14 & 15/10/2011 – 3RD BOMBAY GYMKHANA BLITZ – SOCCER TOURNAMENT FOR EXPATS AND FOREIGN MISSIONS’ STAFF IN MUMBAI
Harimau Malaysia competed in the 3rd Bombay Gymkhana Blitz. The team comprises Consulate General’s staff and Malaysian expatriates in Mumbai. Apart from Harimau Malaysia, there were 23 other teams taking part, inter-alia, France, Japan, Spain, South Africa, New England and London Raiders.
Harimau Malaysia WON but not the tournament per se. The Malaysian won the spirit of togetherness and sportsmanship. It was the 3rd Blitz but the 1st for Malaysia. Kudos to all players, sponsors, ladies and not forgetting the ardent child and adult supporters.

TIMES OF INDIA: SCOMI ENGINEERING OF MALAYSIA ON INDIA’S FIRST MONORAIL IN MUMBAI
