20/8/2012 – EID uL-FITR 2012
Eid ul-Fitr 2012 was celebrated on the 20th August 2012 hosted by our Consul General Malaysia in Mumbai and spouse gathering all Malaysians.
27/5/2012 – MAJLIS ILMU & DOA’ SELAMAT
Majlis Ilmu & Doa’ Selamat Sempena Hari Keputeraan SPB Yang di-Pertuan Agong, 27 Mei 2012. The event was held at the Official Residence of the Malaysian Consul General. The invitees comprised Malaysians who are currently residing in Mumbai. The religious talk and prayer were led by Ustaz Kamaruzzaman.
16/2 – 17/2/2012 – DEUTSCHE SCHOOL BOMBAY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (DSBIS) CARNIVAL (CHARITY) 2012
Perwakilan Mumbai took part in the Deutsche Schule Bombay International School (DSBIS), Mumbai Carnival (Charity) 2012 on 17 February 2012. All ladies gathered at Puan Salwani’s resident the previous day (16 February 2012) for the food preparation. Our Malaysian stall offered Satay (small pieces of chicken barbeque), Karipap (Curry Puff)Â and Agar-agar (Jelly).
17/12/2011 – AWARD & FELICITATION NIGHT
This auspicious event was held at The Ala Mode Banquet, Juhu on 17 Dec 2011, a very special night for all Malaysians residing in Mumbai. Participants who were involved in all events held by the Consulate General of Malaysia in Mumbai through out the year were given a certificate and consolation gift and not forgetting a trophy for all winners of Malaysia Sport’s Carnival 2011. This event also includes Perwakilan ladies contributions. Perwakilan ladies performed two dances, twist “Bila Larut Malam” and “Poco-poco”.
Man of the Night and Lady of the Night was monopolized by Mr. Faizal and Mrs. Enba Deva. Congratulations to both of them.
7/11/2011 – DEEPARAYA 2011 CELEBRATION
Hari Raya Haji and Deepavali (DEEPARAYA) 2011 a was celebrated on 7 November 2011 hosted by our Consul General Malaysia in Mumbai and family gathering all Malaysians. Special thanks goes to all the ladies involved for their support.
16/10/2011 – OBEROI MELTING POT CHARITY BAZAAR 2011
On 16 October 2011, the Consulate General of Malaysia with the cooperation from the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ladies’ Association in Mumbai (PERWAKILAN) participated in the Oberoi Melting Pot Charity Bazaar 2011 which was held at the Trident Hotel, Mumbai.
This International charity event has brought Malaysia and other 24 countries under one roof.
Our Malaysian stall offered 1Malaysia cuisine which includes Nasi Lemak and Rendang Ayam presenting Malay cuisine. Puttu Mayam with Gula Merah and Kelapa Parut presenting Indian cuisine. And not forgetting Kuih Kapit a part of Chinese food.
The Consulate General of Malaysia and Perwakilan Mumbai would like to thank all ladies and men who were involved with this event.
4/10/2011 – MALAYSIA’S 54TH INDEPENDENCE DAY AND 48TH MALAYSIA DAY RECEPTION
This auspicious day was held at Trident Hotel, Mumbai on the 4th October 2011 attended by Malaysians and Diplomats from other countries. The event started with the welcoming of our guest of honour, Shri Baba Ziyauddin Siddique, Member of Legislative Assembly for Bandra West, Mumbai and Shri Sumit Mullick, Principal Secretary & Chief Protocol Officer, Govt. of Maharastra, followed by India’s national anthem and Malaysia’s national anthem. Malaysia’s national anthem was performed by members of Perwakilan Mumbai. A speech was given by Malaysian Consul General in Mumbai, En. Mohamed Hatimi Abas, followed by a speech by Shri Baba Ziyauddin Siddique. Next was the cake cutting ceremony by both guests of honour and the Consul General of Malaysia. Guest was served with Malaysian food.
31/8/2011 – Hari Raya and 54th Merdeka Celebration

DINNER WITH TPM TAN SRI MUHYIDDIN HAJI MOHD YASSIN – 9/3/2011
9 Mac 2011 – Timbalan Perdana Menteri Tan Sri Muhyiddin Haji Mohd Yassin telah membuat lawatan rasmi ke Mumbai India. Jamuan makan malam telah diadakan sempena kunjungan beliau ke sini yang dihadiri oleh semua rakyat Malaysia yang berada di Mumbai.
